Objectives of the meeting:

  • Review the achievements in more than 20 year VHPB;
  • Present available data on prevention and control of viral hepatitis in Europe (Survey)
  • Give an overview of the current immunization situation in Europe
  • Evaluate incentives and barriers in hepatitis B immunization
  • Discuss the lessons learnt over all these years and the way forward
  • Review European countries and their efforts to create a National hepatitis plan;
  • List and discuss the remaining challenges in prevention and control of the hepatitis;
